Shipping and returns

At Samsara Books & Art, it is possible to indicate at the time of your order whether you would like to have the book delivered or collected free of charge. 

Shipping
If you indicate in your order that you would like the product delivered, then for books and gifts you will receive the order within 1 - 2 working days. Works of art will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days. 

The orders will be delivered by PostNL.

At Samsara Books & Art, you will pay no shipping costs above €40 (within NL).

Pick up
If you choose to pick up your order in our store at the Oude Spiegelstraat 7 in Amsterdam, it will be ready for you immediately. 

Returning
If your order is not to your satisfaction, you can exchange it within 14 working days. The return costs are borne by the customer. Returns in the store are free.

If the product is delivered damaged please email us at [email protected] with a picture of the damaged product you do not have to take these shipping costs.
